BANGKOK, Thailand– From August 18 to 28, 2025, the "DaChuan Vision" overseas summer camp, a joint initiative between Sichuan University and Chulalongkorn University(CU), was successfully hosted at the latter's College of Petroleum and Petrochemical. A delegation of 15 students and faculty members fromthe College of Polymer Science and Engineering (CPSE)participatedin the program, which aimed to foster academic collaboration and innovative thinking in sustainable materials development.

Focused on the theme "Environmental Sustainability and Advanced Polymer Materials," the program offered a rich blend of academic lectures, lab visits, cultural immersion activities, and group discussions. These sessions provided participants with valuable access to global scientific advancements while improving their cross-cultural communication skills and international perspectives.

The "DaChuan Vision" overseas summer camp at Chulalongkorn University not only served as an "on-the-ground learning," enabling students to deepen their scientific research thinking, but also acted as a cultural bridge to broaden their global perspectives. In the future, theCPSEwill continue to utilize the "DaChuan Vision" platform to establish partnerships with more leading universities around the world, providing students with expanded opportunities for global engagement and top-tier innovative talent with genuine competence.
